Importance of adult education and our activities in this aspect
Nobody can ignore the importance of education whether it for adult or young. Young education is necessary to progress the present time in order to prosper in the future for keeping pace with the growing economic situation ; and adult education is necessary to guide, assist , show and smoothed the of youth education . a child cannot understand the importance of education unless the guardian or adult understand it. Also a child cannot attend school without adult’s permissions. When adult study they let their children to school. adult help children to prepare for the next class and homework outside of school. In some cases , few guardians tell their children to do house hold chores , even drop school,and income for money. If they understand they will make their children educated. When people get older they become so lonely. If people know to read, they can pass their time by reading books and stories. Once the adult are educated in the present time, there wont be any more illiterate people in Bangladesh probably . there are many riddles that the old people know only and we the young are not willing to preserve them, so adult can write it by their own. T o teach how to read and write does not require any academic institution. The educated people act as volunteer. Whoever is not interested, we can encourage themes.
Making population into asset
Whether population turns into a problem or asset depends on how a government makes proper use of population? In one side, less population creates short age of human resources; in other side, overpopulation generates many problems regarding food, health, education, and security. Even there is no record of any ideal country where stable population was the only useful. Thus, instead of concentration more on number of total population, we need to focus on how to make them useful. First the conflict of gender discrimination should be abolished. In this regard, women must get the equal value like men in the family, society, and country. The idea of this discrimination starts in the family first. It should be considered that nobody is a scholar from the mother’s wombs. Whatever a child learns, she or he learns it from the surrounding, so it is necessary for making an environment where boys and girls get equal importance. Then, higher education for every civilian should be compulsory. An educated person can’t remain lazy, but act for her/himself. When people try hard and soul for any act, they must get a positive feedback, money or wealth, consequently, the economy will increase. Establishing an idea of equal importance of every work should be promoted. Usually, we see that a person who is a farmer, his condition is more vulnerable than a doctor though both are equaled useful for human body. From my point of view, both jobs should be given equal prestige and social value. Then people won’t mind to do any work. Those people who still don’t have any work, they can do labor work. When people will be busy with any work, there won’t be any evil thought in people’s minds. The number of criminal activity will decrease when people are educated, they think of welfare for themselves as well as for the counter. After all of these people will be considered as assets.
Women empowerment and contribution
Women empowerment means empowering women in such a way, so that they can share their knowledge and strategies in order to bring individual or social change. As the half of total population of Bangladesh, women, should be more required now than before for the social development. In this fact, at first, we need to know in which sector women should be empowered and how it will be beneficial for the society? For doing this, I want to use my local area, a village of Chandpur district in Bangladesh, as an example. In my local area, almost every girl attends primary school, many attend secondary and higher secondary, few university level, and very few finish the university level. Thus, the number of female employee in different professional sectors is very rare. Overall, their contributions for social development are little. From my point of view, women can be empowered in two ways: involving in different job sectors through higher education, and making them self-employed. Those women who could not finish their study, they might have other potentiality to do other works for making themselves self-dependent like handy-craft, farming, tailoring through different training. Educated young girls should not be confined with few limited jobs, so that they can join where they want to join. Both educated and uneducated female employee can bring more currency whether national or foreign. Thus, the GDP per capita of the country will increase, and society will be developed because we know that more involvement in jobs more increase of GDP. Every family can get rid of poverty individually, and improve their condition. Women may introduce new and innovative ideas in the society, so the society will be rich in knowledge. Number of irrational activity will decrease as people are happy with their economic condition; society will be in peace and prosperous.

Aim and Target of Positive Bangladesh
Here is the maximum rural society in Bangladesh where peoples are surviving hardly fighting with poverty, illiteracy, improper treatment and in social prejudice. Their life becoming a danger and are leading a very poor life from generation to generation. The overall situation of the country is not well and this problem seems to be increasing over the year. With the lack of proper education ,superstition imposed extremely in the society and its becoming a hindrance in the way of women education. For this reason, half of the portion of the society are deprive from the light of education and its retreat us from the way of progress geometrically. But the shocking matter is, we are quite ignoring about this truth. Many possible life are losing from their own track, many girls are stopping their study due to the cause of early marriage. Religious fundamentalist, bigotry and misexplanation of holy voice are doing a great harm to the society. For a better growth in physically and mentally, games and cultural activities are solely needed for a men. But these types of activities are losing rapidly. Men are becoming half hearted and are leading a very frustrated life .Joy and happiness are disappearing from them. Jovial mind and humorous words becoming a unknown event. But this cannot be continuing. That’s why POSTIVE BANGLADESH has created to safe the society, to safe the men, to safe the future of newcomer. From the very beginning, this organization is operating with its limited effort to annihilate this discrepancy, ignorancey, prejudice from the society and are trying to present a fair living environment.
In order to build up a well and happiest society, we are taking some following step and are working together to bring a change….
These steps are:
1. Annihilating Poverty
2. Helping student for higher studying
3. Stopping early marriage
4. Expanding women education
5. Medical Camping
6. Arranging sports and cultural activities
In each month, member of the organization give some installment which are saved in organization fund. From this fund, we give the loan to the member of the organization whom is really wanted to run a small business to change his fate. When ever the member apply for the loan in a proper way, the executive committee then examine the situation and if think it’s Ok, then implement the proposal. Many of the members taking this opportunity have removed their unemployment problem and get rid of from the curse of poverty. But as the shortage of fund and the organizational limitation, most of the time it can’t be possible to provide this loan. But our aim to any how overcome this problem and once will sent poverty in museum. This endeavor helps the member to be a self dependent and confidential in their ongoing life. Following this process, we can be able to conquer the poverty gradually. We also help the member whenever they wish to go abroad for work. This helps the country to earn a lot of foreign currency. In this way, we are keeping contribution to the country’s economic development.
We always keep search to our eyes through poor meritorious student in our area and expanding our helping hand to continue their study. We try to provide those necessary books and educational instrument as its possible for us. We also provide them proper guidance about their career and enlarge their ambition to go ahead in their ongoing life. As its has a lackense of quality education in rural area, our member whose are studying in University and other renowned institution, whenever they come home during their vacation period, they teach the rural school college student to their regarding lesson and influence them highly about their study. Its help them to introduce with quality education and a better learning. This way, it just has grown up eagerness towards study through out area and the number of student is increasing over the year. We also are trying to increase the rate of women education in our area and are struggling to remove the hindrance on the way of their proper education. With the help of school teacher and the social respected person, we are proclaiming against early marriage and are highlighting the bad side of early marriage before the people. We are little succeeding in this regard and hope, this trend of early marriage will everly banned in coming days.
Student in rural area have no introducing in about modern method of science and technology. They are ignoring using Computer and Internet. Dreaming to build up a digital Bangladesh and introducing the rural student to the technology, on behalf of Positive Bangladesh, we opened a wing Positive Technology. Rural student can get opportunity to learn Computer and using internet here. They becoming efficient learning computer and it help them to get a better job after completing their study period.
Rural people are depriving from better treatment and this cause lead them suffer many diseases. Ultimately they are dying by passing a shortest life. On behalf of Positive Bangladesh, every month we arrange a medical camp and provide the treatment to the poor people. We also rise up the awareness about health and proper sanitation among the people. This helps people to be conscious about themselves and living a better life.
Very often we arrange a sports and cultural program in our area which help to create a competitive mind doing well among the people. Cultural activities fulfill their mental demand and then they can get the spirit to work newly. We are continuing this and wanna see a well defining change in our area.
We the member of Positive Bangladesh dreamt, once our dream will expand to the whole country and we will be able to bring a change in every stage of the life. This is our promised and we will turn our promised into commitment.

The entire dedicated member of the organization is a student of different Institution. They have intimacy to the current world and are well conscious about science and technology and are illuminated by the light of education. Each of them working from their possible side to enhance the reputation of the organization and involving himself to the development of the society by his possible well activities. They are truly liberal, kind hearted to the oppressed and dreamt to bring a better change to their nearest environment. Their participation in different work is really surprising and its gives us courage to go ahead. This youth member is our asset. Unless this youth we have nothing alse. Their spirit of doing well work and eagerness of brotherhood help us dreamt to think about the well fair of mankind.
History of Positive Bangladesh
It’s a combined endeavor of a group of youth whom are fostering a dream to bring a change in their own life and the society where they are residing. View to keeping some contribution to the development of the society and to raising up the consciousness about human fundamental right through out the country ,Positive Bangladesh has set out its adventure from 1st may 2006 based in Gridhakalindia,Faridgonj under Chandpur District ,Bangladesh. Till then it is working with its own effort and full potential to become a exemplarity in the ever green Bangladesh in the field of social well changing. Although its achievement yet is not so satisfactory, but we are trying solely to do better and set aim to reached our fixed destination. As our motto is really transparent and have a holly feelings doing well, we are optimist to be succeed in a shortest possible days.
